winter wellness sound bath experience

At Fremont Public Library
February 27th 7pm-7:30pm

End your day with a sense of clarity, peace and joy all under the stars in an immersive lighting experience surrounded by flickering candles and overhead galaxy projector. This event will start with centering and breath to begin to calm your body and mind and move into playing the crystal singing bowls bringing you into an even deeper meditative state. The healing vibrations will bring balance and harmony into your bodies energy system, heart and mind.

*This event is free to sign up and for Fremont residents only. 18+ years of age only.

*Note: under the stars lighting experience is indoors using a galaxy light projector.

WOMEN’S SACRED SOUND & JOURNALING

At Collective Studios in Londonderry NH
March 6th 8pm - 9pm

In honor of National Women’s Day, join me for a deeply restorative experience designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. This session combines the transformative power of a sound bath with the introspective practice of journaling. Lie back and allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls to wash over you, releasing tension and promoting deep relaxation. Guided journaling prompts will be provided to help you explore your inner world, gain clarity, and connect with your intuition authentic self. This is a sacred space for women to come together, support one another, and embrace self-care.

*Please bring a journal and writing utensil for this event.

REIKI & SOUNDBATH FOR STRESS

It’s National Stress Awareness month and this is your opportunity to put some time into yourself in this deeply restorative Reiki Sound Bath experience. This session combines the powerful vibrations of crystal singing bowls with the gentle, balancing energy of Reiki. Allow the soothing sounds and Reiki energy to wash over you, releasing tension, promoting deep relaxation, and restoring harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.
